Today, I wanted to give you a basic guide to home winemaking.  In order to make your own wine, you will need the right equipment and the directions on how to make the wine. The basic equipment consists of a glass wine carboy (butle do wina), a cork, and a glass tube. All of which are are available at our retail stores as well as our online store. As for the ingredients, make sure you have grapes, sugar, and yeast.

Step 1

This step involves desteming the grapes in order to have a clean fruit that’s ready for the next step.

Step 2

At this point, you are ready to crush the grapes, and the best way to achieve this is through the use of juice extractor. This will leave you with the skins, seeds, the pulp of the grape and the juice completely separated.

Step 3

Now you are ready mix the extracted grape juice with sugar and yeast, and set the carboy with the ingredients for about 6 weeks for the fermintation process do the job.
